Outrun Procrastination with “Dash”es | 43 Folders

I just discovered 43Folders a personal productivity blog by Merlin Mann. It has lots of neat tips for getting stuff done. One I like is called the Procrastination dash: Set aside a block of time or a small part of your task and then do it. Then do it again.

Reminds me of an old elephant joke: “How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.”
